Are your roots firmly established?  When a tree faces adverse whether conditions it's roots dig deeper.  When you face adversity are you digging deeper?  Or does the pressure of your situation make you want to give up and quit?  Pressure, in any situation, produces an anointing on the inside of you that is capable of breaking every yoke of bondage.  And, those who do not quit have the promise of reaping a harvest!  Let's stay rooted today and see the anointing produce the harvest that is promised us.

KIC FIT

When: Saturday, July 13th

Where: Clovis Campus

Who: 1st-6th Grade

Time: 10am-12pm

Cost: Free!!!

Sign up at the events table. 

Kids will participate in FUN age specific fitness workouts.  Sporting wear and comfortable shoes is recommended. Drinks & Snacks will be provided.

C- Twenty introduces Summer Nights!  Students ages 18-29  hang out, meet new friends and build community! Also, this weekend C-Twenty will be selling ice cream. Stop by the C-Twenty table to purchase your cool, tasty treat!

C-Groups!
 

C-groups are in full swing this summer and have been growing tremendously! Get in on the action and check out the available C-groups in the outdoor lobby. There are so many new groups that have been added, but if you still can't find what you're look for, start a group!

Celebration Exposed
 

Spread the word! We will be having our monthly Celebration Exposed lunch next on Sunday after 11:30 service. For those of you who don't know, Celebration Exposed is our lunch for those who are new to Celebration. Our goal is to make them feel welcome and give them information about the church. Make sure to invite anyone who has just started attending. Bring them by the Visitor Lounge to get signed up!  

Dad's Day

What a weekend we have planned in honor of all the fathers out there! Make plans to be at Dad's Day!  Here's what our exciting weekend full of fun for dads looks like:
Pizza with Pops (Sat night) free pizza for dads and their kids.
Donuts w Dad (Sun am) free donuts for dads and their kids.
Drawing after each service and Photo Ops with Pops (smart phone photo booth!)
And a great service that is promised to be impacting! 

 

Camp 13
 

Youth camp is coming up quick! Your teens will go on a five day journey that will change their lives forever. Many of us can testify that camp was the starting point to our new life in Christ! Don’t let them miss out on this opportunity. The deadline for sign ups is approaching quickly, so make sure to get them signed up this weekend!

This amazing woman never fails to make our mornings brighter! Her captivating personality alone is enough to make her stand out. Leadership Challenge

Hey, Volunteers- this week we have a special treat for you! We have told you many times that as volunteers we want to equip you with the tools to shine in your area of service so this week we are adding another tool to your arsenal. Book Sale!

Speaking of leadership, we are having a book sale this weekend! If you have wanted to stock up on your reading materials for the summer, then this weekend is perfect for you. Go out to the patio and check out all of the books that have been marked down. Pastor is always saying that it is our job as leaders to resource ourselves in the word and also with other teachings that can open our understanding of the word. With authors like John Bevere, Kennith Hagan, and many more we believe that you can find something to help you grow in your understanding of how to apply the Bible to your life personally

Kic Curriculum  

The new curriculum in Big and Little KIC allows parents to get involved in the education of their children in a whole new way! This new curriculum has an app called "Parent Cue," that you can download. The app allows you to join in on the process of learning to help your child retain what they have learned and even develop further in what the Bible says about them! This is truly an awesome way for you to stay connected and for your children to see the most spiritual growth in their lives. So next time the kids say they don’t want to go to KIC, tell them it’s not an option! Like school isn’t an option if they want to succeed in the natural world, KIC is laying a foundation for them to build on in God’s word. Don’t allow them to miss what God has for them this summer.

 

Weekend Service

The weather isn’t the only thing that is going to be hot this weekend! This weekend’s message is going to take you and your family to the next level so don’t miss out. We have lots of attractions for the weekend as well,  with popsicles after service and new C-Groups that you can join in on. With everything that is going on around here, you have to come check it out for yourself. Remember that what we do enables someone else to come to the saving knowledge of Jesus, so don’t let the weather keep you from your eternal reward!

 Volunteer of the week is Metria Kilby! Metria is a volunteer on our prayer team and has recently become a C-Group leader, as well. She always has a great smile and a faith to pray for anyone that is in need. She is helping create an atmosphere that sets people free, and always giving God the Glory for it! Thanks, Metria!      It's finally here! Samuel Rodriguez will be in the house this Sunday night with a God-given word for our movement! This is a night you definitely do not want to miss. Invite your friends and family and come on out! Be in expectation that lives will be changed...see you there!

Healing School

 

     If you haven't been out to our morning healing classes yet, now is the time! We are approaching our last few classes and we don't want you to miss out on what God has planned for you! Every Friday we have healing class from 9:30-10:30am at our Fresno Campus. We have had the privilege of watching miracle after miracle be performed each class and we're believing for lives to be changed this Friday too! Whether you have a need for healing in your body or you just want to know more about what the word says regarding healing, come on out!

     This amazing couple sparks a new light to our KIC team! The commitment they show in serving every weekend is a constant reminder that they are here to pour into our next generation. Every weekend they willingly bring excitement and tenacity to our team. This week we want to honor Enrique and Lori Loera. Thank you for everything you do for us! We appreciate you!

KIC App

 

    Speaking of KIC, if you haven't heard already, KIC has a new app called "Parent Cue" that follows their current curriculum.  Parents have the ability to apply what their children have learned in KIC the prior week. If you have children, I would recommend this app for you!

C20

 

    Ages 18-29!!  Free tacos and a chance to win $100!? What more could you want!? Well this opportunity is just for you! The FIRST 50 people in this age group to arrive at 5:15pm Sunday, June 2nd for our special service will get two free tacos and a raffle ticket to enter into the drawing to win an $100 gas card! Strength
Does anybody need some extra STRENGTH?! Pastor Randy gave us a short message in prayer today that you are going to want to hear! We believe this is a right now word not only for the church, but also for us individually. Please take ten minutes to listen to this short, but life changing message.

Get over it series continues

Get over it! We will be continuing in our “Get over it” series this weekend. It has been an empowering and transformational teaching. Make sure to invite your family and friends, Don’t let anybody miss out on this awesome word this weekend.

He’s a G42 alumni, C-group leader, production volunteer and he’s in the business of saving lives, the list goes on and on..You may be wondering who is this guy? Charles Montoya is the name and he is the volunteer of the week! Thank you Charles for your commitment and passion for people and the excellence you bring to Celebration Church!

C-groups

C-groups!! No matter what you like to do C-groups are for you. We have over 40 groups to choose from and if you still don’t find the perfect fit you can start your own! This is a great way to fill your summer with fun activities and great people. Stop by our table at the outdoor lobby and get in on the fun today!

 C20 basketball tourney

Lace up your kicks and put your game face on! C20 is hosting a 3 on 3 basketball tournament on  Saturday May 25^th, ages 16 & up. The cost per player is $10. There will be a live DJ, prize giveaways and a cash prize for the winner of the tournament! Start time will be @ 8:00 am. For more information check out the C20 table.

Welcome to Fresno in the springtime! 

The forecast for Sunday is a cool 100 degrees so come on out to the early service if you're not serving this weekend! Pastor Cherie is speaking, we will have snow cones after service, and lots of other great elements for Mother's Day weekend.  

C-Groups

As you know we've had a couple Wednesday night Healing School sessions that have been amazing. It's been such a great time getting God's truth about healing in our life. For the rest of the summer we are now encouraging everyone to get involved in C-Groups. If you haven't plugged into a C-Groups yet, then you need to dive in! We have too much going on to include in this blog, so just stop by the table this weekend and check out one of the 35 groups that we have going.

If you don't see something you want to be a part of, start your own! It's simple-- just figure out what you love to do, and then let others join in! If you are passionate about personal or spiritual development, start a resource group and let others take the journey with you. If you just want to have fun, start an activity group. If you want to go make a difference in this community, start an outreach group and rally people for the cause. This is how we connect and grow as a body of believers. This is what the Bible calls the church to be.

It's is coming up, so if you like to ball it up, then go sign up at the table out in the lobby.  All the details are at the table so stop by and get the skinny. 

Volunteer of the Week is....Morgan Ogletree!!! 

Morgan doesn't just faithfully serves at the outreach table on the weekends; she is truly passionate about touching lives and meeting needs in the community.  She's personally gone on a number of Celebration sponsored outreaches, and was recently accepted to the L.A. Dream Center internship program!  She'll be leaving us to go to the Dream Center this summer, and we're so excited for what God has in store for her there.  We love you, Morgan!
