Easter Madness

Fresno leaders, we are so thankful for each one of you! We know that this has been a busy season for most of you but your consistent, fiery passion to love God and reach people is absolutely inspiring!

VOLUNTEER T-SHIRTS

We have an awesome facelift coming to our leadership base to help us take our game to a whole new level: volunteer t-shirts! These sharp-looking shirts will help us stand out and be unified every weekend, bringing a great attraction that will help identify our leaders on campus. The cost for your shirt is $10 (cash, check & credit accepted). Please visit the volunteer table this weekend to order/pay for your shirts so we can have them for Easter!

EASTER 2013

The Easter Bunny is at our doorstep and this is our opportunity to reach our city! The people of Fresno and Clovis should be annoyed by our constant invites!

If you have ever been a part of our Easter services you know that they are strategically designed to reach people that are far from God. Every song, visual, and light effect are to point people to Jesus, and we want you to know that this will be a fun, safe, environment to bring your family to.

Just a reminder:  As leaders, we are asking that you attend either the 5:00 pm Saturday, or 8:30 am Sunday services.  We know that the Sunday 11:30 am service is the one that most first time guests will attend, and we want to make sure we can accomodate them!  We don't want to turn away a single person this year, so we're asking that you do your part to ensure that won't have to happen.

INVITE!

Really give some thought to who you are going to invite. Who is in your "circle" (your job, school, Starbucks, etc.) that you can invite to come? If it's someone you know, really try your best to get them to go- they have the chance to be eternally impacted!

Make sure to grab some invite cards!
You can also
send someone an e-vite from our church website [Click Here]

PRAYER TARGET

This week's prayer target is for all of our Easter Services next weekend! We are expecting great things to happen in these services so let’s all come into agreement that a harvest of souls are coming in and that they would experience God who will radically change their lives forever!

MARCH MADNESS

This Saturday- Matthew Barnett! He's got a power-packed message for us here in Fresno and Clovis and we are honored that he would come all the way here to help us. We know that you have been coming to a lot of church but we firmly believe that these are the moments that can change your life! With that said, we will see you this Saturday! :)

VOLUNTEER OF THE WEEK IS...PAM TAMRES!

Pam generously gives of her time during the week to assist the staff with administrative work, with duties ranging from Word Works paperwork to sanctuary prep.  Her help is invaluable to this ministry.  Pam, we love you and thank you for all that you do!

Let's make this a great weekend!

March Madness

We continue this powerful month with another round of the Word of God that is going to change your life forever! Help us in welcoming Phil Munsey this Saturday as he brings a "right now" word. This is not a weekend you will want to miss. We encourage you to invite friends and watch the hand of God move in their lives! See you there.

Rescued

You would truly be missing out if you do not come on Sunday mornings as Pastor Randy continues his series, Rescued. His voice is what helps this movement move forward. Make plans to be there Sunday!

Volunteer of the Week is...Nikol Fuller!

Nikol is a faithful and enthusiastic member of the guest services team.  We appreciate her warm smile, sincerity, and heart of excellence.  Thank you, Nikol, for your dedication to serve the people of Celebration, and for always brightening our day.

Root Beer Floats this Weekend!

They're only $1 each and all proceeds are going towards our young adults ministry!  So, be sure to get one after service to support a great cause, and make your taste buds happy.

Volunteer Parking

We want to thank everyone for being cooperative with our effort on Sundays to allow the parking spaces closest to the church to remain available for attendees and those who are new to the church.
We're fighting to see growth on our campus, and our desire is to communicate to new people that there's room for them.  Know that we are doing our best to assist you in getting your vehicles parked and transporting you efficiently onto campus.

Easter Weekend

We have added a new service for Easter weekend! In addition to our regular Sunday morning times, we have a Saturday service at 5pm.  Knowing that the 11:30am Sunday service will be packed, consider attending this Saturday service or 8:30am Sunday service to allow room for new people!

C-Groups

If you are not involved with our C-Groups yet, come to the C-Group table after service! We have so many amazing groups, and we're confident there's one just for you. If you have an idea for a group and it's bubbling up inside of you to start one of your own, forms are available on the weekend and Wednesday nights at the C-Group table.  Even if you’re not leading a group, we encourage you to regularly visit the table because we are constantly adding new groups for you to get involved in.

Prayer Target for the Week

Be praying for the leadership of Celebration. Leadership starts at the top with Pastors Randy and Cherie, to the support staff, to YOU, our volunteer leaders.  They lay their life down for us, making our spiritual growth their life's work, so they are deserving, and in need of, our prayers.  Great things to pray for would be protection, health, needs met, and vision.

Thank you for being the greatest leaders a staff could hope for!  We love you.  Let's make this a great weekend!

March isn’t a Month, it’s an Order.

Damon Thompson kicked off the incredible line up of speakers we have this month with a couple of powerful services last weekend.  He revisited the phrase he spoke to Celebration a few years ago, that March isn’t a month, it’s an order.  Essentially, his message was DON’T QUIT.  Don’t quit believing, don’t quit standing, don’t quit on God, on serving, on your family, your children, or the people in your life that you’re believing to get saved.  Stay in the fight, and know that we’re standing with you.

March Madness Continues this Saturday with Glen Berteau!

Just a moment of clarification:  Unlike Damon, all of our special guest speakers this month will speak exclusively on Saturday nights, not Saturday and Sunday.  What this means is, get on over to the Clovis campus on Saturday nights because you have one chance to hear these powerful men of God!  These Saturdays are also a huge opportunity to invite people who need to know Christ.  Get them there, and their lives WILL be changed.

Not only that, the Rescued series continues this weekend!  Hopefully you were here last weekend to hear Jason Green from Celebration Salinas kick it off.  He knocked it out of the park, and this weekend is only going to get better.

C-Groups!!!

Yes, these groups deserve that many exclamation points because they are that big a deal.  C-Groups are a way of life at Celebration now, so join in!  A special thank you to those who are leading a group.  What you’re doing is providing an opportunity for relationships to be built, for people to gain a sense of belonging, and to have fun!  There is eternal value in leading a group.
If you have an idea for a group and would like to lead it, forms are available on the weekend and Wednesday nights at the C-Group table.  Even if you’re not leading a group, we encourage you to regularly visit the table because we are constantly adding new groups for you to get involved in.

Life Discussions for Ages 18-29

That’s right, we have something just for YOU every Thursday night on the Clovis campus at 7 pm.  It’s an opportunity to hang out, have fun, and discuss topics that pertain specifically to your age group and stage of life.  It’s a great time, so don’t miss out!

Volunteer of the Week is…Yuliana Franco!

Yuliana is an incredible member of the greeting team.  She radiates sincere joy and makes every person who walks through the doors feel valued.  She is also the leader of the C-Group Meeting the Need, one of the outreach groups.  Thank you, Yuliana, for being such a light on our campus and in the community.

Because you are leaders, we value your thoughts.  So, we want to hear from you!  Each week we’re going to ask for some feedback, and those who comment consistently will be handsomely rewarded!  (More on that to come.)  Here’s this week’s topic: What “attractions” (such as cotton candy, bounce houses, food vendors, and other fun elements on campus) would you like to see on the weekends?  Give us your good ideas by commenting below, and include your name!
We love and appreciate each and every one of you.  Let’s make this a great weekend!
