Christmas Weekend is Here!

It’s a fact that for many people, Christmas and Easter are the only two times a year they will consider attending church.  So, these services are a major opportunity to see the people in your life accept Christ.  Now is the time to start inviting your family, friends, neighbors, coworkers, and heck, even strangers because this weekend is designed for the lost.  Pastor Randy will be delivering the message, there’s going to be complimentary cookies and hot chocolate, Santa will be visiting again, and even the kids from our children’s ministry will be performing for us.  So, make sure you’re inviting people to this can’t miss weekend!

Holiday Schedule
So that you can spend some well-deserved time with the family during the holidays, we have modified our schedule.  There will not be morning prayer from Tuesday, December 25th – Tuesday, January 1st.  We will additionally not have evening prayer on the Wednesdays of those weeks.

Damon Thompson Returns This January!
After some holiday R&R, we’re coming back in full force the first weekend of January.  Damon will be delivering the message Saturday and Sunday night.  This is another incredible opportunity to invite the people in your life that you know need Jesus.  If you’ve ever been to one of these services, you know that they are powerful, and nearly impossible to walk out of there unchanged by the presence of God.  Be part of someone’s encounter with God, and bring them!

Pool Party in the New Year!
Coming out of the Christmas service and Damon meetings, we’re in high expectation for a record number of salvations, which means a bunch of people who need to get dunked, I mean, water baptized!  This is an important step in a believer’s relationship with Christ, so we encourage you to attend and celebrate with them on Wednesday, January 9th at 7 pm on the Clovis campus.  Water baptism isn’t just for new believers, so if you’ve never been water baptized, or you have in the past but feel that it’s something you should do again now, sign-ups will be available in the lobby.

Volunteer of the Week is…Yvonne Adams!

Yvonne is a dedicated and enthusiastic member of the greeters team.  We appreciate her heart to make people feel welcomed and loved as they step onto our campus, and her willingness to take on whatever additional task is asked of her.  We love you, Yvonne!!

As always, we love all of you.  Thank you for bringing life, fun, and heart to this campus.  Place your expectation high for what God is going to do in your life, and in the lives of people who come to our services this weekend.  We’re taking this valley for Christ!

blog 12-14-12

It’s finally here!

It doesn’t matter if you’ve been naughty or nice this year—if you’re a Fresno campus volunteer, then the Christmas party on Friday, December 14th is for you!  It starts at 7 pm, and will be in the Big KIC sanctuary.  Don’t forget to bring your team’s designated food item, and your “A” game for the most creative Santa contest because we hear it’s getting wild!  We look forward to seeing you and your family there!

It’s more blessed to give than to receive…

You still have an opportunity to give by hooking up with Celebrate Family and Hope for the Holidays!  This is the last weekend to “adopt” a child from Celebration that is in need this year.  By your giving, you will make Christmas possible for their family.  You can additionally purchase a toy to be donated for Hope for the Holidays, the mayor’s effort to provide Christmas gifts to children in need in our community.  All gifts for either Celebrate Family or Hope for the Holidays are due this Wednesday, December 19th.  For more information, to sponsor a child, or drop off a gift, see the Events and Outreach table in the lobby.

On the Wall Prayer schedule for the holidays!

If you haven’t been joining us on Wednesday nights for prayer, you’re missing out!  It’s a powerful time of worship, and an opportunity to release your voice and declare the Word over the people of Celebration and the valley.  Your last opportunity to be a part of prayer this year is next Wednesday, December 19th from 7-8 pm.  Enjoy the two following Wednesdays with your family!

Damon Thompson returns in the new year!

As promised, Damon will be back in the first weekend of January on Saturday the 5th and Sunday the 6th.  So, start inviting now!  We all have a family member/friend/coworker who hasn’t accepted Christ that just needs the opportunity to experience the presence of God.  This is your chance to invite them to a place where that can happen.  It’s time to get bold!

Volunteer of the Week is…Jessica Calles!

The old adage is true—good things come in small packages!  Jessica is a small but mighty member of the KIC team.  She serves with passion and enthusiasm, willing to go beyond the call of duty to minister to the children of Celebration.  Thank you, Jessica!

Thank you, leaders!  We love you and are so thankful for each and every one of you.  Let's make it a great weekend!

You are the BEST!

Thank you, Fresno leaders, for stepping up and inviting people to the special services this past weekend. A very special thank you to everyone of you that also served at one of the evening services.  Your willingness to go the extra mile allowed for God to move and for hundreds of people to make a decision for Christ.  We absolutely count it a privilege and honor to link arms with you and expand the Kingdom of God!

Ce-le-brate good times, c’mon!

The Volunteer Christmas Party is almost here! This is our way of celebrating the holidays with our favorite people—you!  It will be on the Fresno campus on Friday, December 14th at 7 pm. Come hungry and ready to laugh; it’s going to be a party to remember. We hope you’re coming up with some great costume ideas for the most creative Santa contest with your team!  And, don’t forget to bring your designated food item.  Mark your calendars and we will see you there!

Celebrate Family & Hope for the Holidays

Time is running out! We currently have 197 children, connected to our ministry, that are in need this Christmas.  Let’s share the love of God by providing their families with the resources they need, and making this a Christmas they won’t forget! For more information, or to sponsor a child, see the Events and Outreach table.  We are also partnering with Hope for the Holidays, so you have another opportunity to give back by purchasing a toy, and dropping it off at the Events and Outreach table.  Thank you for doing your part!

Water Baptisms

You heard right; we are having another pool party! Water baptisms will be on January 9th at the Clovis campus. If you, or someone you know, would like to get baptized, sign-ups will be at the connection tables this weekend.  Our water baptism services are always very powerful, and a significant experience for those getting baptized.  These people are part of our Celebration family, so we encourage you to come and celebrate with us that night.

Word Works and Mens return in the new year!

It’s time to bring your appetite—for the Word, and the delicious food too!  These nights are a wonderful opportunity to grow spiritually, build relationships and have a ton of fun.  They will be kicking off Wednesday, January 16th at 7 pm.

The Volunteer of the Week is…Eddie Portillo!

Eddie (aka Vickie's daddy!) is a beloved and faithful leader.  He was a longtime volunteer with the parking team, braving scorching summer heat and chilly, rainy winters with a smile.  Recently, he became a wonderful addition to the usher team.  Wherever he is serving, he brings his warm, loving personality and heart to serve people.  We love you, Eddie!

We love and value each of you!  Let’s make this a great weekend!

Damon Thompson (and Pastor Randy!) are back, making this a can't miss weekend!

This year I'm thankful for...FRESNO VOLUNTEERS!

We want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to our Fresno volunteers!! Your time, effort, sweat, heart, passion, and love that you pour out every week does NOT go unnoticed. It's because of you that we are able to see lives changed and added to the kingdom daily. We know without a shadow of a doubt that we run with the BEST volunteers than any other church and we value and appreciate you so much! We can't do this without you and we wouldn't want to! This Thanksgiving we thank God for YOU! Thank you for laying your lives down for others and the kingdom of God. We love you and we know great things are ahead for you. Again, hear us shout it out THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!
Happy Thanksgiving :)
Love, the Fresno Staff

Besides getting a warm, fuzzy feeling from reading about how much we love and adore you, we also want thank you in another way:

This weekend we will have Fresno Monster tickets (hockey team) that we are giving away, ONLY TO VOLUNTEERS! We have a limited amount of tickets, so we will be giving them out on a first come, first serve basis. To pick up your ticket or tickets (for your immediate family only), please go to the Events table in the lobby and give them the code word: MONSTERS. Then enjoy the game! - Only those who read the blog this week will know how to get em'!

Cannon Ball!

On Wednesday, November 28th we will have united Water Baptisms on the Clovis campus. Being water baptized is an important step of obedience after receiving Christ into your life. Throughout the year we offer you and your family the opportunity to take part in this life-changing moment. Instruction on what baptism is, and how it affects you takes place prior to being baptized. Sign-ups will be available at the connection tables this weekend. And if you’ve already been baptized with us, we encourage you to come out that night to support and celebrate with us!

Volunteer of the Week

Sam Justice!  He is an integral member of the worship team, often serving on both the Fresno and Clovis campuses.  We appreciate his faithfulness and enthusiasm for worship.  And, we're impressed by his ability to jump up and down while playing the keyboard.  We love you, Sam!

Thanks everyone! Let's go into this weekend pumped and full of expectation - not turkey!

What an amazing Fall Conference we had!!  Thank you for doing your part by going out into your world and inviting people, and for serving on the various nights.  People’s lives are forever changed, and our city is going to feel the impact of what took place at the conference.

We had an awesome time this last Wednesday night at On the Wall prayer!  If you were there, you know.  If you weren’t there, you have the opportunity this next Wednesday from 7-8 pm to experience the presence of God through prayer and worship, and the ability to come together as a church body and declare the Word.  In fact, prayer is now extending into December, so make sure you’re plugging into the driving force behind the success of this church, and your life!

Water baptisms are the 28th of this month, on the Clovis campus at 7 pm!  It is a powerful, life-changing experience, and another step in your relationship with Christ.  If you would like to be baptized, sign-ups are available at the connection tables in the outdoor lobby on the weekend.

Celebration Exposed, our lunch for newcomers, is this Sunday following 11:30 am service.   In case you are approached by a lost attendee, it meets in Suite 105, in the room where we have the united vibes.  Also, if you know anyone that’s relatively new, and they are able to attend, we would be happy to accommodate them.

We’ve now inherited 2 new self-proclaimed “uncles”- John Bevere and Carl Lentz, but who’s ready for the original crazy uncle from Alabama, Damon Thompson??  Yep, he’s back, and no doubt more fired up than ever, the first weekend of December on the 1st and 2nd.  Make sure you’re there and bringing people with you!

Our Volunteer of the Week is….Eddie Montoya!!!

Most people know Eddie as a production manager or one of our amazing drummers, but few know all the behind-the-scenes activities he’s involved in.  In fact, he’s the one you can largely credit for the awesome new set design that was debuted for the Fall Conference!  He works tirelessly, yet with enthusiasm and kindness in whatever task we ask of him.  Thank you, Eddie!!!
Thank you, volunteers, for your faithfulness and passion.  We value each of you.  Now let’s go make this a great weekend!

Are you ready for the most fun, exciting, impacting, life-changing 4 days ever?!

Thank you to every one of you that’s going the extra mile and serving on the various nights of the Fall Conference, and also for mobilizing and getting out there to invite friends, family, coworkers, neighbors and people in the community.  We believe that because of the time you’re sowing, this house, and your life, are going to experience increase.  And, it’s certainly not too late to do some inviting, so call, text, tweet, Facebook…let’s make it so everyone in Fresno knows this is the place to be!  Be in agreement with us that we will be filled to capacity EVERY night!  Our church and this city are going to be forever changed by this conference!!

The Rain series cd will be available for purchase this weekend in the lobby, along with our fantastic worship cds.  With hundreds of new people coming through the doors this weekend, they’re going to become a hot commodity, so make sure you get yours before they’re gone!

Registration for this year’s Christmas outreach launches this weekend!  Our focus is going to be on ensuring that families in Celebration have a quality Christmas, so if you need assistance this year, or would like to nominate a family, forms will be available at the Events and Outreaches table in the lobby.

Word Works and Mens are on break until the new year, so what’s happening on Wednesday nights?  I’m glad you asked!  We are going to have On the Wall prayer, right on the Fresno campus from 7-8pm, for the next two Wednesdays!  Pastor Randy believes that gathering together and praying corporately is one of the most important and powerful things we do.  So, if you want a move of God in this church and in your life, we’ll see you there!

On Wednesday, November 28th we will have water baptisms united on the Clovis campus.  Water baptisms are an important step in your relationship with Christ. If you would like to be baptized, sign-ups will be available on the weekends.  If you’ve already been baptized with us, we encourage you to come out that night to support and celebrate with us!

The Volunteer of Week is…Paul Chung!

Paul is a faithful member of the usher team, and serves with enthusiasm and humor!  He makes our weekend services fun, plus he has an awesome accent!  Make sure to congratulate him this weekend.

We can’t say enough how much we love and value each and every one of you.  Thank you for the time and energy you invest into serving this house and the people of it.  Now, take a deep breath, get a good night’s rest, and then get ready to have the most WILD, SURPRISING AND POWERFUL WEEKEND EVER!!!!

#CCfc2012

Anybody excited about our Fall 2012 Conference?! Check out this clip by John Bevere- it's sure to wet your appetite and get your expectancy level up to the ceiling!

We want to thank those or you that came to our Vision Rally last Saturday- if you missed it, we are truly sorry because we had an amazing time! Here are a few quick points that we covered to catch you up to speed:

1) Our speaking guests! Like we have talked about- the men that will be joining us for this conference are making tremendous impact in this world, and we are highly privileged to have them with us. Pastor never brings anyone to our church flippantly or "just because", he believes that what God has given them, can get off on us, and we need every bit of it if we are going to impact our city! We never exalt or glorify man, but we do honor them and honor what God has put inside of them to build up the church. If you'd like more information on these individuals, please visit our website and see the attached links for them.

2) There are two target audiences for this conference. The first audience that this conference is directed towards, is us! Like we mentioned in the above paragraph, Pastor believes that God is going to work through these men to see us finish the rest of this year strong. We believe that each service will be packed with something for everyone that has ever called Celebration their home. If you haven't seen someone in a long time, then invite them to come out and get their batteries charged! Secondly this conference is to bring people to Jesus! Every opportunity we get we are going to spread our nets and expect a huge catch! The atmosphere of these conference nights are going to be very safe, and comfortable for anyone new that shows up to our campus; so with that said, make sure to get your friends and family there!

3) Let's get the word out! We can't keep this the best kept secret so here are some ways to spread the news!

  • Club Fliers-- We have stacks of club fliers that you are free to take and pass out (Ideas: Starbucks billboards, Apartment complexes, co-workers, post them up in the break room, etc.)
  • T-shirts- Want to become a walking billboard? It's a great way to get conversation generated and we also want all of our volunteers to wear them during the conference. They are only $10 and you can order them this weekend!
  • Social Media- We have a great free tool for marketing right at our fingertips! Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and whatever else there is! With that said, let's talk about our Invite Challenge!
4) INVITE CHALLENGE!!! At Celebration, we are using any and every tool to help spread the gospel into our world and one tool that we can use involves a little blue bird called Twitter! Twitter is a social media product similar to Facebook that people use to spread news quickly. If you want to learn more about Twitter please see us at the Twitter station this weekend so that we can help you.

Our challenge is this-- After every invite opportunity you get, tweet about it on Twitter and include the hash-tag- #CCfc2012. (That stands for Celebration Church Fall Conference 2012)

At the end of every day leading up to the conference, some one's story will be chosen and they will win a gift card for participating!

5) Cirque De Celebration! We may have a difficult time keeping the adults out of the classrooms during the conference! The kids will be having an absolute blast as they enjoy the "circus" theme and all of the fun that comes along with it. Games, attractions, and more! If your children are wanting to bring friends, this is the time to bring them!

It's our job as leaders to help make this conference a success. If we all do our part this thing will be a piece of cake and extremely fun for everyone! But if only 65% of us do our part then we will only make 65% of the impact that we could make. Think about how you can promote, how you can get involved, and how you can be praying for a life changing weekend!

Also don't forget that this Sunday is Volunteer Orientation! if you recently joined the team or you know someone who did, and they haven't been to this yet make sure they come and catch the vision this Sunday. It is directly fallowing our 11:30 service and as always there are drinks and food there for all.

Volunteers of the week!! This week is Brett and Nicole Macintosh!
OMG are those halos? Brett and Nicole are so faithful, and committed in serving at our events and outreach table on the weekends and they are also leaders in Men's and Word Works on Wednesdays, and that's just the beginning. They are quick to help no matter what the task and they always serve with a cheerful heart and a smile on their face. So here's to you guys!

Blog 10/19/12

If you're reading this blog, chances are you are one of the many committed volunteers to come to this church. We would like to say THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, for all that you do and for being COMMITTED! We wouldn't want to do this without you!

What's on the plate?

As you know, coming up on November 9th through the 12th, we are having our 2012 Fall Conference! In order for this epic event to take place and make a tremendous impact on this city, WE NEED YOUR HELP!

This Saturday, October 20th, 9am at our Clovis Campus, we're holding our Vision Rally for the Fall Conference. Allow me to mathematically paint a picture of what this Vision Rally will be like

1. Disneyland + Fresno Fair multiplied by Jesus = VISION RALLY
2. High School Homecoming + Prom multiplied by the years since you've graduated = VISION RALLY
3. (Word problem) If Las Vegas got saved from being the "city of sin" on a Thursday, then Friday had a meeting with God at 4 o'clock by Saturday, 9am what will happen? = VISION RALLY!!!

The point is, you CAN'T MISS THIS!

Here is an exclusive sneak peak at Carl Lentz, one of the amazing speakers at the Fall Conference.

Our Volunteer of the Week is…….Nicole Stephens!

Nicole faithfully serves in KIC, and is now the new check-in lead.  Congratulations, Nicole!

Blog 10/12/12

Hey, volunteers!  Welcome to a new era where we go from just maintaining to CELEBRATION!  That’s the word that Damon Thompson released this last weekend, and that’s for YOU.

You have an awesome opportunity this month to continue to be fueled with vision and excitement for what you’re doing and where we’re going as a church at the GOAL (Gathering of All Leaders) meeting.  It’s for both Fresno and Clovis campus volunteers and will be held on Saturday, October 20th at the Clovis campus at 9:00 am.  Make sure you and your whole team are there!

The Fall Conference (November 9th-12th) is going to be H-U-G-E!  This event isn’t just for us, but for the unsaved also.  With the same passion and fervency that you would invite friends/family/coworkers/strangers to a Christmas or Easter production, be inviting them to the conference.  We’re believing that people’s lives will be changed, and that many are going to be saved, and by inviting them you get to be a part of that.  We’re having event t-shirts made especially for you leaders and are going to be available to pre-purchase this weekend for $10 at the Events table.  This conference is going to have plenty of volunteer opportunities, as well.  Sign-ups will be available soon.

The Volunteers of the Week this week are actually 3 people who act as one!  They are the nearly inseparable Hannah, Celest and Megan.

Joking aside, these faithful girls help to make a dynamic 2sm team.  They are tenacious about connecting and building relationships with the youth on campus, and regularly lend their creative talents to campus staff.  We love you girls.  Thank you for everything you do!

For this post we’re going to highlight one of the Fall Conference speakers, Kong He. Kong He pastors a church of tens of thousands in Singapore.

We love all of you.  Know that we regularly pray for you-- for your families, health, finances, and more.  We're in this with you, and believe for God's best for you.  You make a difference-- in the church, and in the Kingdom of God.  See you all this weekend!

Volunteers!
Remember that you can always go to our website celebrationchurch.cc and see what’s coming soon. Stuff like Men’s and Word Works, which are now in full swing! In fact, Wednesday night was a huge success! Next week is only going to be better. This week we had Campus Pastor Rick Jimenez teaching live in the Men’s Workshop! If you missed out then come next week and see who is teaching next! In Word works Pastor Cherie fired up a new season with a great night! Treasure Chest and Fight also started with a great night for 7th and 8th grade too, so remember there is something for the whole family on Wednesday nights.

This weekend don’t miss breakfast with Damon Thompson and Pastor Randy! The men’s gathering starts at 9am Saturday morning. You have heard about the tickets up for grabs so help us spread the word. Remember this is about using the right bait to win souls (prov. 11:30). This is not the weekend to miss any service; Damon will be back Saturday night, pastor Randy Sunday morning will be stirred up and ready to rock and roll, and then Damon will be on again on Sunday night! With such a power packed weekend you can’t afford to miss any of it. The name of the game is Invite everyone you know. This will be the easiest atmosphere for someone to give their life to Christ. Whether it’s a friend, neighbor, co-worker or a member of your family get them there. If you have to bribe them, it will be worth it to just get them there!

Coming up on October 20th from 9-10:30am we have a Gathering of all leaders on our Fresno campus. If you feel a little tired, or maybe you just feel like you are just too busy with life, then you need to be there! This is a great time to re-focus and get fresh vision. Vision after all is what will keep you alive and operating in the gifting and a calling that God has placed in you. The Word says that we perish without vision, so come get a massive dose, that’s right get pumped!

Speaking of Volunteers, the Volunteer of the week is Raymond Espirito! Ray volunteers in kic and is always happy to do whatever is asked, in fact he goes the extra mile every time. He is always eager to learn and has a humble attitude towards any task assigned.

On the Fresno campus we will have ice cream sandwiches to give away, and face painting for the kiddos! As always we will have a great family atmosphere for all to enjoy.  We look forward to seeing you there!

Josh wears many hats, willing to do whatever is needed, from drumming, stagehand, working cameras and even letting us use his acting abilities for holiday productions!  We value his eagerness and enthusiasm to serve.  Be sure to congratulate him this weekend.

God has said that now is our time of increase, and that in order to get what’s on God’s mind, we have to have it on our mind.  Declaring this confession is a great way to keep increase on your mind throughout the week.

 Celebration Confession

Father, in the name of Jesus, your Word says that if we decree a thing it shall be established.

So, we boldly decree and declare that Celebration Church is a healed, prosperous, healthy WORD church.

Our church is growing, and is full of people of love that are led by the Spirit of God, Healed by the Word of God, and delivered by the Power of God.

Celebration Church is a miracle, wonderworking church that is healthy in mind, body and soul.

We are spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically healed, and we declare it by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony.

The love of God is in us to effectively reach out to our families, our neighbors and our city.

We enjoy doing the work of the ministry.  We serve the Lord with gladness at Celebration Church.

There are workers with us in abundance.  We say that every member at Celebration joyfully functions in their place and in their grace.

The favor of God surrounds Celebration Church as a shield.

We say there is no lack at Celebration- in the homes, families, businesses, and ministries.  We are blessed coming in and going out.  Whatever we put our hands to, in agreement with God’s Word, prospers!

No matter what comes against us, we win because God is FOR US.  No weapon formed against us shall prosper.  Greater is HE that is in us than he that is in the world.

Father, you said let the redeemed of the Lord say so!  So, we say that WE ARE THE REDEEMED!  WE SAY WE ARE THE HEALED!  WE SAY WE ARE THE BLESSED!

In Jesus’ name, Amen!

Don’t ever let the enemy allow you to believe that what you do each week when you serve doesn’t make a difference.  You make an impact in the lives of people coming onto campus, and blessing comes on you!  Also, this weekend is going to be full of fun and excitement.  There's going to be face painting for the kids, Brown Bear's Hot Dogs and more.

Now let’s go make this the best weekend yet!

We are reaching this Valley! Soul by soul they are coming in and you watch how this movement explodes and turns into a raging river! Fresno volunteers, you aren't just greeting at the front doors, or working the parking lot, or helping in a classroom, you are expanding God's Kingdom!

Is there a greater cause on this Earth?!

Thank you for all that you do. I know we sound like the boy who cried wolf every week, thanking you constantly, but we are sincere in our thankfulness. Keep up the good work!

Host Team Training!

We have the chance to train as a team! Ushers, Greeters, Parking Lot, Bookstore, Coffee Bar, and Visitor Lounge will all be there! If you are on one of those teams then you have this great opportunity! There will be munchies,  time to hang out, and a quick gathering for vision about serving to start the morning. Then we will break out into individual areas to train on our specific responsibilities.

A Sunday Drive & Lesson Learned (by Corina Burgess)

Most Sundays I wake up to a before-sunrise alarm clock and set out on an early morning drive to the Fresno Campus. The roads are empty. The dew lingers on the grass and the sun pokes through the valley sky. Everything is generally pretty quiet and peaceful.

After my general inspection of Fresno Campus & my connection with the campus staff & volunteers I jump in my car & speed to the next stop, Clovis Campus. And it seems I’ve kind of developed a routine that keeps me from noticing what is happening all around our city.

Today I took notice and found that:

• At about 7:30am the fig loop park is buzzing with activity, especially on a beautiful fall morning like today.
• Somewhere near 9am boats are in Costco gas station filling up for a day on a beautiful lake somewhere.
• About the same time, the local Starbucks is full of casual coffee-drinkers sipping their drink of choice and reveling in a good read & college students are intently doing homework.
• Afternoon as I drive by Fashion Fair Mall, the parking lot is full & lines form at the local restaurants.
I was amused by all the activity that happens each and every week while I’m serving the place I'd rather be more than anywhere else.

However, I have to admit I was easily tempted by each of their activities. All equally enjoyable things that I would be eager to do if given a lazy Sunday morning.

My lesson learned today is that sometimes I forget what the rest of the world is doing. I forget what is competing for their attention. I forget what a commitment and sacrifice it is for them to attend church rather than one of these activities that so easily "woos" them.

Church Leaders & Staff, don’t forget! Don’t forget what we’re competing with. Do everything you can to create a place as compelling as any one of these other environments. Because if we can create the place, they’ll experience something that none of these other things can ever do… provide them an encounter with Jesus, their Creator and Savior. Allow God to work through us, NOT in spite of us. Be excited & grateful that God is using us to impact lives!

The truth is, it's really not about us. Serving God's House is about Him and the thousands of lost, hurting, and broken lives in this valley. So let's give it ALL we got.. Let's be committed, effective, excited, passionate, friendly, contagious, and create the most irresistible environment that can compete with the best this world has to offer. LET'S WIN THIS CITY!!!
